We set the highest standards for the quality of our work and products. However, quality means a lot more to us than just compliance with a standard or target values. Product quality is absolutely essential for us. Above the legally required quality assurance, our products therefore need to pass strict internal quality controls by our confectioners before being added to our product range.

Helpful consumer consulting and a qualified customer service are equally important to us as a world-class product quality. We therefore sell our products to specialist retailers who fully understand the value of our products and are able to inspire consumers. We also highly value the feedback that our specialist retailers gain from their customers and the opportunity to quickly find out about consumer wishes and to adjust our products according to their needs.
Customer service and satisfaction
We identify with our customers and are only satisfied if they are. In addition to attractive delivery and payment terms, we therefore offer our customers and business partners special services, including POS equipment (e.g. flyers, posters, displays and product information for consumers), consumer workshops at the POS and product trainings for specialist retailers by our experienced confectioners.

We are thus continually optimising our products to offer maximum quality and to respond to the latest consumer requirements.
