Glycerine is necessary for the production of fondant. It keeps the fondant- and icing mass supple and enhances the luminance of the colour of the icing mass.

Directions for use
Glycerine is used to make icing mixture.
It keeps the fondant and icing mixture smooth and intensifies the luminance of the colours in the icing mixtures (sugar glaze).
Store in a dark, cool and dry place.
