A useful helper for cooling cakes and pie crust, but also for decorating biscuits or chocolates. Excess icing will drip onto the worktop instead of sticking to the pastries.
The cooling rack is made of high quality stainless steel and can be washed in a dishwasher. We advise to clean it by hand wit a soft dishcloth and mild detergent.
