Above all, STÄDTER is a quality brand. Our high standard is reflected in every business process, from production to distribution.

Already when selecting raw materials for our products, we are scrutinising their technical characteristics and assuring that they conform to the current legal requirements of the German Food and Feed Code (LFGB; Lebensmittel- und Futtermittelgesetzbuch). Additionally, the excellent quality of our products is regularly ascertained by certified laboratories. Another key characteristic is sustainability: the stainless steel used in our cookie cutters, baking tins and pans as well as all product coatings are extremely durable.

All of our convenience products come from Germany or other EU member states and always conform to the relevant food standards and statutory provisions. For example, we make sure that our sugar-based articles are free from azo dyes and that all relevant information is always declared – particularly ingredients, nutritional values and intolerance/allergy information.

New products are closely checked and tested by our confectioners before being brought to market. Just as our customers do, we expect easy handling, good baking results, energy efficiency, durability and, of course, pure flavour.
