To roll out fondant/modelling mass to the optimum thickness of either 1.5 mm or 3 mm, you can use the enclosed rings. Simply attach the appropriate ring to the rolling pin. This makes it easy to produce petals, ruches and other filigree decorations.
These tools are made of high-quality, food-safe and stable plastic. We advise to wash them up with running, warm water straight after use. However, the rolling pin is also dishwasher-proof.
