Cooling racks are part of every good kitchen equipment and are a useful helper for cooling cakes and cake bases, but also for decorating. Excess glaze or icing can drip onto the worktop and won't stick to the pastry. The non-stick coating also makes cleaning easier after use.
The cake rack is made of non-stick coated metal and is not suitable for the dishwasher. We recommend cleaning the grid by hand with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
