EN Liver sausage and carrot biscuits
Ingredients (for approx. 40 cookies):

125 g | liver sausage | |
150 g | carrots | |
150 g | cornflour - finely, for polenta | |
300 g | flour | |
50 ml | maize germ oil | |
50 ml | water |
Preparation
Give the liver sausage in a mixing bowl. Peel the carrots and grate it in with a fine grater. Add the flour, the oil and the water and knead it with a hand mixer using dough hooks. Form the dough to a ball and keep cold for approx. 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C top-/bottom heat. Roll out the dough approx. 5 mm thick on a well floured work surface. Cut out bones and dog’s paws with the cutters. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake it in the middle of the oven for approx. 30 minutes. Then take it out and allow to cool down (the cookies must be hard).
