The stainless steel container is suitable as a replacement container for the chocolate melter. It makes it possible to work with different types of couverture, without any laborious decanting and cleaning. The stainless steel pan container also be used for the presentation of hot dishes on hotplates.
The 1/6 GN stainless steel container (16,5x 18x 10 cm) with lid are stainless and dishwasher-proof.
