This spray meets highest demands. No sticking dough anymore. Even the finest structured pan can be sprayed evenly.
The optimum ambient temperature for processing is at 20°C. Note! The separating spray can be heated up to 220 ° C!
Shake vigorously before use. Hold the can upright. Thinly spray the clean, dry, cold form from a distance of approx. 15–25 cm, pour in the batter and bake as usual. Optimal working temperature is 20 °C.
